My mission is simple, to empower you with the art of eight limbs (muay thai) creating great training experiences which goes beyond just workouts.

At Elite Muay Thai Tong every session is designed to be push limits, build confidence and enjoyable, with ample experience and love of the sport im here to guide you all the way,

I offer one to one private sessions (at a local park) for the keen student who wants to learn and elevate their Muay Thai skills. Sessions consist of a warm up, pad work, light sparring, cool down. Sessions are one hour long and cost £50 each session,
